Sitso brings extensive expertise in project strategy, business development, foreign direct investment facilitation, trade promotion and regional economic integration. He has worked with governments, multilateral institutions, development finance institutions and international investors to structure and facilitate high-impact projects across energy, transport, aviation, housing, agriculture and infrastructure.

His experience includes engagements with the ACP Group of States, ECOWAS, COMESA, the International Fertilizer Development Center and the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre. He has also held senior advisory and leadership positions, including Director of Grants and Sustainability at the District Assemblies Common Fund.

An accomplished energy executive, business strategist and investment professional with more than a decade of experience across the energy, infrastructure, business advisory and investment sectors.

At WestCore, Millicent provides strategic leadership in business development, investment partnerships, stakeholder engagement and project origination. She works with governments, development finance institutions, private sector organisations and international investors to advance commercially viable energy and infrastructure projects.

Before WestCore, she held strategic leadership roles at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, contributing to business development, research and international partnerships with leading global energy companies.

Millicent is also Founder and CEO of Ecolumiere Solutions Limited, a Board Member of Ghana Export-Import Bank and a Stewardship Council Member of the Wider African Energy Summit 2026. She holds an MSc in Management from the University of Nottingham, a BA in Psychology from the University of Ghana, and is pursuing an LL.B. with the University of London.

A multidisciplinary Petroleum Geoscientist and Exploration Geophysicist with more than a decade of experience across petroleum exploration, integrated subsurface evaluation and digital geoscience.

Mohammed's technical work spans seismic interpretation, quantitative seismic analysis, rock physics, seismic inversion, petrophysics, reservoir characterization, petroleum systems analysis and exploration risk assessment. He integrates geological, geophysical, petrophysical and reservoir datasets to improve subsurface understanding and reduce technical uncertainty.

He previously served as a Geophysicist within the Research and Development Division of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, contributing to strategic exploration and technology initiatives for Ghana's hydrocarbon resource development.

His additional expertise in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and predictive modelling includes work on large upstream seismic datasets and the GNPC-Microsoft Data Lake initiative. At WestCore, he provides technical leadership across exploration, basin evaluation, geophysical consulting, reservoir characterization, due diligence, subsurface risk assessment and digital geoscience.
